A day after Syracuse University chancellor Nancy Cantor sent students an email detailing steps to take in reporting suspected abuse involving a child, Syracuse police told ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” they are investigating allegations that assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine molested a team ball boy for more than a dozen years beginning in the mid-1980s.
