C-Sections Sought to Ensure 111111 in Child’s Gov't ID

To ensure that their little ones are born on Nov. 11, 2011, expectant mothers in South Korea are flooding hospitals with requests for Caesarian-section deliveries.  Kids born on that day will have the numbers 111111 as part of their Korean Resident Registration Number.
